Task Management
Within the Task Management category, users can administrate every aspect of tasks. Namely, they are Activities, Schedule Calls, Schedule Tasks, Meetings, and review all items within your Calendar and portal.
Activities can include any interaction with colleagues and customers such as phone calls, meetings and emails. Use the Activities module to schedule and manage calls, meetings, and tasks, attach important notes or documents to each task. Prioritize each task and change statuses to keep your records up to date.
Complete workflow management is maintained by the generation and execution of tasks from customer or vendor contacts. Tasks can be assigned to other individuals or departments and can be automatically generated and/or escalated based on business needs. Manage clients and leads, projects, escalation and sales pipeline.
